CT6 -HCT6 - Crucible Heater and Tilting Chair

The CT6 is a tilting device for road transport curicible with lid ( min.Ø 370 mm clear opening), a capacity of 5 to 6 tons liquit aluminium.

Th tilting device is combined with th heating devic CH6 ( Crucible Heater )  to HCT6eco ( Heat deflection Crucible Tilting System), so heating and tilting system.

The system is operatd ian afree-standing cabinet with a 15" large display touch panel (Siemens TP1500) and control elements in the control cabinet and in the control panel locally.

As we normally do here also a fail-safe PLC used.
